Referring a Child

Do you know of any Children that may fit our criteria

for a place on this year's trip to Disneyland, Paris.

If they have a physical or physiological

medically recognised Disability or Illness.

Are suffering from an acute terminal illness.

Have undergone major medical surgery.

Have been in and out of hospital most of

their young lives.

Have undergone a major trauma in their lives.

Are a recognised carer for a disabled parent or sibling.

If you can answer Yes to one of the above

Then proceed on.

Does the Child live within a twenty mile radius

of Eye, in Peterborough

Will the Child be aged between Four years and

Sixteen years old inclusive, in the first week in December.

If you can answer Yes to the above two questions

and you have not been on a previous Rudolf Fund trip

If you are not the parent you must have the families permission to apply

APPLICATION FORM

One of Rudolf's little helpers will make contact with you

between April to September to arrange a personal visit.

They will then visit you and explain all about the trip

and if you are then happy and would like to be considered

for a place on the next trip, they will put you forward.

You will then receive a letter from the Secretary

stating if your application was successful or not.

So please don't build your Child's hopes up until

you receive this letter, as it could cause you some upset.

It couldn't be more simpler than that.
